ARO Real Estate specializes in the site selection and evaluation of retail locations throughout the Midwest. We'll analyze your target demographics as well as determine traffic counts, population density, and other key statistical information. But location scouting will only take you so far. Our experienced firm will seamlessly guide you through the entire process from start to finish. Whether you're moving into an existing location or a recently constructed business area, ARO Real Estate will work to strategically plan for every clients' space needs.   • CONSTRUCTION FINANCING: Arrange construction financing for the project (subject to approved credit)
  • ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES: Interview Architects, subject to your approval, and handle design supervision
  • GENERAL CONTRACTOR: Locate and negotiate contractor bids
  • PLANNING COMMISSION: Be the spokesman / presenter for meetings
  • CITY COUNCIL: Be the spokesman / presenter for meetings
  • INTERIOR DESIGNER: Bring to you an interior designer, and then supervise installation of approved plans
  • CONSTRUCTION DRAWS: Prepare all construction draws for your approval
  • LIEN WAIVERS: Prepare mechanic's lien waivers for work performed
  • PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Be available for on-site construction problem resolution
  • PERMANENT FINANCING: Assist in obtaining long-term, permanent financing (subject to approved credit)
  • MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE: Provide assistance for owner-managed property
  • LEASING ASSISTANCE: Provide assistance with the promotion and marketing of the property.

Most real estate companies just market a property by placing a sign in the parking lot and waiting for the phone to ring. ARO Property Management
It's been our experience that a main objective of the tenant is to save money, which is, of course, radically different from the landlord's goal of, well, saving money. OK, so tenant and landlord aren't so different after all. Yet it's remarkable how often one or both of their needs are ignored or glossed over. Not at ARO Real Estate.

Both in the long and short term, our property management team strives to save the money of tenant and landlord alike. We look at little things, like installing energy efficient lights to reduce your electric bills. We can negotiate contracts for necessary services over a multitude of properties to reduce your cost. We even look at long term problems and forecast market trends one to two years down the line. ARO Real Estate can then save money with preventative maintenance, keeping every property up-to-date and running smoothly for maximum traffic flow.
